Project Overview
The client consulted R&R to design and develop a mobile application for carers that streamlines the management of daily care activities and resident support. Fully integrated with the organisation’s core backend care management system, the app enables care staff to access real-time information, view and complete tasks, record care updates, retrieve resident information, and communicate effectively with colleagues while on the move.
Designed for use in fast-paced care environments, the application improves coordination, ensures important updates are shared promptly, and helps carers deliver consistent, high-quality care. By maintaining seamless synchronisation with the central system, all care records, task updates, and resident information remain accurate and up to date across the organisation.
The mobile application also helps care homes meet Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and NHS requirements through accurate record-keeping, real-time reporting, and secure access to care information. This supports compliance, accountability, and the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.
